Geof Anderson

Studio Manager | Bookings Coordinator

Geof’s music career began in the early 2000s as a part of PCC’s Audio Engineering program. From there, he apprenticed at NorthStar Recording Studio, and picked up some live sound chops working as a second engineer with Northwest Audio and Pink Martini.
Over the years, Geof has worked the consoles for Stew Dodge Sound, Horne Audio, Portland Productions, Chaka Sound, Satyricon, Tonic Lounge, Ash Street Saloon, Hawthorne Theatre, Laurelthirst Public House and the Rose City Rollers.
He is currently a member of the Stagehands Union Local 28, working as a theatre technician for the MODA Center, Veteran’s Memorial Coliseum, Portland’5 Center for the Performing Arts & the Portland Opera.
Geof’s responsibilities at The Hallowed Halls include (but are not limited to) scheduling/booking/billing, website content, digital marketing, studio management, and occasionally engineering.

We’re excited to make your project a success, and welcome music of all genres. With two studios and a variety of house engineers, we can accommodate most reasonable budgets so let us know what you need.

* Note - For all bookings utilizing a guest engineer, a house assistant engineer is required to help setup and teardown for $15/hr. They will make your life much easier and your tracks will be happy. We love welcoming in new engineers and producers but everyone needs a little equipment tutorial the first time through.
